Located next to Hawai'i's larges working sugar factory, the Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum offers a journey through the history of Maui's sugar industry and plantation life. Learn how sugar is processed from cane to crystal. See and touch actual plantation equipment. Photo murals, audiovisual presentations, authentic scale model and interactive displays, outdoor exhibits of plantation equipment. Gift shop offers gifts and souveniers including real Hawaian sugar cane.
